'This is the best thing I've ever done in my life" is the comment that many of our young people use to explain their experience with M10 Missions. Not only do they feel that about their own lives but they give that sense of satisfaction to those whom they build homes for too.
M10 is a Christian charity working with churches in Mexico to improve the lives of slum dwellers and a community who live on/next to a tip. Young people aged over 14 have the chance to go and take part in life changing experiences by building a new house for a family, visiting a school and orphanage and bringing a little joy into the lives of children there. We are taking a small group of young people there in August 2017. They are meant to raise money to help pay for their travel there, but we know some families will really struggle to do that so want to try and help out by raising funds so young people from the north east can travel there and have an opportunity they wouldn't otherwise have.
You don't have to share our Christian faith - most of the young people don't, - but please share our passion for making better the lives of children and young people here and in Mexico. Thank you.
