Can i just start by saying this is so hard to write as a father asking complete strangers for help with my daughter as the help we need as a family is much greater than i can provide and that really is overwhelming for me to digest.The issues we have is my daughter has severe learning difficulties she is just over 2 years old and one of twins her brother has normal functions running around climbing having fun were as my daughter has only just learnt to sit up she is sunlight sensative touch sensative she has an overactive brain she sleeps 2 hours a night if were lucky and she cant weight bare for herself as yet we have physio sessions every few weeks she has all the medicals involved physio team an OCupational therapist doctors and sensory groups she attends but she cannot walk and were unsure she ever will she has had numerous tests scans blood work all to have no result as of yet were hoping that one day we will know what illnesses she has as a family we just want to know but its the day to day tasks that are a uphill struggle delivering personal care and having no sensory equipment so we can have sessions at home its very difficult to bath her as we only have a wetroom in the property so we resort to washing in the kitchen sink which has no dignity or privacy for her one bit as its just to dangerous to continue the way we have been in the wetroom upstairs with her sat on one of our knees its just so dangerous and slippery she needs her own disabled wetroom adapted for her needs it will make life so much better for her and also to have her own room with her waking up not sleeping she shares the nursery upstairs with her brother and he also gets woke up which disturbs his sleep pattern the only solution is extend on the lower floor for us to adapt her own room wetroom and sensory area also the steps at the fromt and rear will all need levelling so theres less trip hazards around the property i just dont have the means or funds to provide for what my daughter needs
