We have opened this page to help support Julie and Andy, the Landlord and Landlady of The Blue Cow Inn, South Witham. As many of you are aware it has been the toughest year of their lives. Not only did Covid hit hospitality hard but they were also faced with taking on their two grandchildren, (both under 2 years old) on a permanent basis as well as continuing to do whatever they could to keep afloat. When things just started to look up and Covid regulations began to ease they have now been hit with a burst pipe and their whole house is inhabitable. They have been told that they can't return to the house and that it could take upto 6 months for the repairs to be complete. Everything is ruined.
So many people have offered help but there really isn't anything anyone can do so we are trying to raise some funds to help with whatever emergency costs occur and to maybe even get them a few days away to the seaside with their beautiful grandchildren. Any donation is welcome as every little bit adds up.
