I've raised £1000 to Raise funds for The Dales Schools based in Blyth and Ashington

My brother David is going to join a team from The Dales School in Blyth and zip wire from The Tyne Bridge on Sunday 14th April at 11am !
My daughter Ava has a rare gentical condition Mosaic Angel Syndrome and has attended The Dales SEN Schools since reception class ! Ava has just recently moved to the new base at Ashington ... Ashdale school.
All of the children have their own stories, their own struggles and all make their own achievements every single day, this to a lot of the children isnt high test results, but could simply be getting dressed in the morning with out a meltdown, drawing that picture and concentrating for more than a few seconds, trying really hard to communicate their needs or their worries because they may be non verbal, standing in the dinner queue with someone infront of them and someone behind them when they cant stand people in their personal space ! Every single day is an achievement and the children are so lucky to have the support from all of the fantastic staff who arent just teachers to them they are their support network, their friends, their comfort blanket.
Both schools provide Ava and local children with high level support to access education in a safe environment designed to meet their individual needs.
Play, a sensory environment and highly qualified staffing allow the children to reach their full potential.
The Dales Schools are looking to raise funds to enable them to keep providing this high level of support to children and fund additional equipment and resources to do this !
Help Dave be a Dales School Hero and represent his neice as he takes on this challenge and help raise money to help our local SEN children and Ava !
Any sponsorship large or small would be greatly appreciated by all the children !
