I’m doing a sky dive to raise funds for our “4 Dewi Mind Health CIC Group.

The money will help us to keep raising awareness around Mind Health and continuing to train/ support people to help others who are struggling .

After loosing our son to suicide in 2021we as a family decided that we wanted to help others who are struggling with their own mild health.

We have around 40 people in our community and surrounding areas trained in “First Aid Mind Health” and want ti continue with more trading throughout the year.

However big or small the amount we will be truly grateful.
