Story
My brother is running the great north run to raise money for SNAPS Tees Valley. It is a charity that organises events and activities for children with SEN and disabilities as well as their families. They have supported Jessica for about 8years and she has made so many friends and been able to participate in lots of things that she wouldn't have been able to participate in.
