I've raised £1750 to restore the sand school and riding school

Next year is Mopley Riding Club’s 60th Anniversary which, I am sure you will agree, is a huge achievement to have been running virtually continuously. The Club is run entirely by volunteers and has always aimed to be non profit making; any profit we do make is ploughed back in to the Club to buy equipment (like XC jumps!) which everyone, members and non members, benefit from. Our membership subscription and entry fees are always cheaper than everywhere else to keep us an affordable Club for all levels of ability to enjoy. This year we were offered the opportunity to return to Mopley RC’s roots at Mopley Farm and we felt this was too good an offer to miss especially with it having its own sand school. By having the school it will open a lot more opportunities for running events and schooling sessions. However, over the years this school has had a lot of use with very little upkeep and in the interest of health and safety it needs some renovation before it can be used. As you can imagine this is not cheap and the Club finances will not run to the full amount. We are reaching out to all of you, your friends and family, past, present and future members to donate just a small amount to help the Club achieve this amount. If everyone on this page donated just £2 we would be covered! We hope you feel that you can help us and so allow us to run some different Mopley events at our new venue. Thank you for reading this from all Mopley Committee.
