My dad was a man who never complained he just got on with it!! When he first took ill no one in our family had a clue what was about to hit us all!! He was diagnosed in Feb 2013 with MND and was given 3 months to live!! This was very hard to accep. But we pulled together as a family and my dad stayed at home with his family caring and supporting him.
Throughout the next 6 months my dad was dignified and never complained or mosned why me!! So as a tribute to my dad Alec Jones who ran the Robun Hood half marathon sevetal times, this is for him and all fellow suffers and I would like to raise awareness of MND and raise what ever I can!!
