My friend has been saving all year with park for vouchers to spend this christmas on her children .
they have arrived in the post this week she was so excited that they had been delivered.
BUT unfortunatley inbetween dropping her 7year old off at school and going to work she has some how lost her handbag with the vouchers and giftcards enclosed . So she is absolutley devastated as you can imagine.
she has been in touch with the police and they cant do nothing about it , so the next step was to ring park and discuss the situation with them to see if they could perhaps cancel them and reissue as she still has the paperwork at hope with the serial numbers on but they have said there is nothing they can do as once they have been sent out then its out of there hands and basically not there problem .
after 6years of being a customer you would of thougt they would be able to something but no.
so this poor woman is now distraught and thinks she has spoilt christmas for her children can you please please please if you have spare a little bit of cash that you could donate to help to buy a couple of presents at least for this poor lady that would be so greatly appreciated
