    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Since 2011, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic arthritis. I have had no help except that of my family and my excellent gp. Every adaption to my house has been paid for by myself and my family using all our savings. This is because I remain working when many others give up. Life is extreamly difficult right now and I go to work and stay at home as I have to be taken everywhere I go. i have a manual wheelchair which my husband or my daughter have to push me so I have no independance and when they are not available Im stuck in the house. I can not push myself due to the pain. Having a light weight portablw wheelchair would give me my freedom back and my independance.

I really do appreciate your help with this, so anything you can spare would really help me get out into the world agin. This disease is cruel and painful and feels much worse when you can not get outside due to the pain and risk of falling. Thank you so much.
