Im trying to raise £200+ for st james cf ward for all the poor young children/ young adults in the hopspital. Id like to help the ward buy new dvds , games, books ect to try help all the young people with there stay in the hospital. most have to stay in there rooms the whole time due to the fact of cross infection.

Im setting myself a goal to run more miles each time i run my aim was 5k but ive already done it so want to oush myself even harder whilst raising money to help young people .

if you could find it in your heart to spare anything and i mean anything to help all the young people on the cf ward Id be very grateful .
