Story
RE-RE-EDITED on 28th April: thanks to all my wonderful Crowdfunding supporters, I have now exceeded my second fundraising target..!! I've therefore dared to nudge it up a tiny bit further, hoping that funds might stretch to helping with the dogs' entry fees, and possibly some of our fuel costs too. :")

RE-EDITED on 14th April: I could hardly believe it when my original target of £833 to pay for the ferry crossings to The Netherlands was exceeded..! It now turns out that the ferry costs are actually £951, so thank you so, so much to all my sponsors for taking me over-target..!
I took the liberty of raising that first target to help me cover the cost of dog vaccinations/Health Certificates too, and that second figure has now very nearly been reached..!! :-D

Julie and two of her dogs, Nancy Jelly Tot (Labradoodle) and Jip (Miniature Poodle), are honoured to have been selected for the UK team for the 2023 Paragility World Championships in The Netherlands in September. This an international event for disabled dog agility handlers (Julie uses a mobility scooter to run her dogs).
She and her agility friends at Ace Agility in Suffolk are now trying to raise sufficient funds to meet the high cost of international competing, including ferry crossings, accommodation, insurance, entry fees, dog vaccinations/Health Certificates etc (it's an expensive venture!).
Julie's Agility Trainer, Jacqui Wood, is very kindly giving up a week of her time to accompany Julie and her dogs to The Netherlands, towing the trailer that carries her mobility scooter. The £833 target here on Crowdfunding represents the Stena Line ferry fare for Julie, Jacqui and the two dogs (which later turned out to be £951..!).
Julie very much hopes that she will be able to represent our country at this prestigious event, and she is hugely grateful to Jacqui, to everyone at Ace Agility, and to all her Crowdfunding sponsors for their kind and generous support. In turn, she will do her very best to bring home gold for the UK in September!
