ALERT ALERT 🚨 🏃‍♀️ throughout August I will be running 100km (62miles) To raise money for SNAP specialist play group in Pembrokeshire because they provide invaluable support to children who need extra help like Bella. Bella is the niece of a lovely friend and colleague 💕Bella is 2 and a half years old and is still waiting for a diagnosis. She is treated in 5 different hospitals for her range of problems. She has aspiration lung disease, Dysphagia, Reflux Laryngitis, Laryngomalacia, Global Developmental Delay, Hip dysplasia, Hypotonia (low motor tone), Hypermetropia (long sighted) and amblyopia (lazy eye). She wears glasses full time and an eye patch intermittently to help correct her vision, Orthotic stability boots and she is fed via a gastrostomy as she is unable to swallow and tolerate food into her stomach. She is awaiting a low profile gastrostomy and a jejunal extension as a long term feeding solution. It is suspected that Bella has a genetic mutation which is having neurological impact and is causing her problems.

Bella attends SNAP twice a week where she has learnt to sign and enhance her communication, to socialise and continues to develop all her skills.

I'm hoping to raise money for Snap. so they can continue helping Bella and others like her.
