Story

It's that time of year again, and Jump's 2023 Charity Challenge might just be the most challenging yet...

In October, 18 Jump employees will be taking on the Monkey Run in Morocco. For those of you that aren't aware, this involves driving a 50cc monkey bike 800 kilometres across the Sahara Desert and into Marrakech. There's no route, no guidance and while most haven't ever ridden a motorbike, a few haven't even ridden a bicycle!

In light of the catastrophic earthquake that recently hit Morocco, the challenge will be in aid of World Central Kitchen, as well as an additional, local charity to be chosen whilst on the trip. World Central Kitchen is a small but mighty charity using helicopters and 4x4 vehicles to reach hard-hit communities across the disaster area and providing sandwiches, fruit and water. Another team is on the way with food trucks and kitchen equipment to make fresh meals. Their incredible work is absolutely essential to the recovery and reconstruction of Morocco's most devastated regions, and the impact they have on those facing humanitarian crises truly cannot be understated.

The entire total amount raised will be split equally between both charities. Please help support World Central Kitchen and show some love and encouragement to Team Jump by giving what you can to this vital cause providing critical aid to Morocco in the aftermath of the earthquake.

Good luck to everyone taking part - we'll see you at the end of October!

Thank you!
