This is not something I would normally do.... and I know Keren never would! But.... this is not something that we expected to happen.
Yesterday when keren got home from a quick trip to the shop, she walked in to find her poor beloved Loco lay on the floor in a pool of blood!
Now, if you have a pet, you will understand the depth of emotion & feelings you have for your pets! Keren is truly a pet lover & she adores her cats!
She has been absolutely devestated!
After many phone calls she managed to find a vet that would take him on a Sunday.
But to her dismay they said Loco would have to lose his whole leg :(
Now obviously Keren (the kids and I) are glad that Loco is still with us...
Keren has spent all morning ringing charities & trying to work out how she's going to make this kind of money.
LUCKILY Pet Medics agreed to a junior doctor to do the surgery at a cost of £500!
So, this is where I ask all you lovely (animale lovers?) people to help. keren & I have hundreds of friends on fb & if everyone gave as little as £1 we could have the operation paid for without anyone being seriously out of pocket.
I know this may seem cheeky to you... and I apologise if I've offended anyone, but if you knew how much Keren loces this gorgeous cat, you'd understand.
