last July, my brother in law contracted a catastrophic infection in his leg that led to amputation and an avalanche of major health set backs that left him fighting for his life and left with major life long disabilities. He was lucky to survive and nearly a year later he is still in and out of hospital and fighting on a daily basis. Throughout this, my sister and my niece and nephew have been an amazing support and source of courage and strength. The summer holidays are looming and they are long. With Vernon and my sister kerry being self employed, there has also been a huge financial strain. I would love them to be able to spend time as a family making some very special memories and to try to make up for the summer that they all lost last year.
