I hope to raise £5,000 to help T move house.

I have set myself a target of walking a total of 100 miles over perhaps the next thirty days (beginning on Saturday 17th October 2026).

This fundraiser to help T move house was started on Saturday 17th October and raised more than £1000 in the first three days. T says an enormous thank you to those who have been so generous.

T, an adult survivor of terrible abuse, lives in Rotherham. She has had chronic back pain for 15 years and following surgery (in September 2025 that was not successful) has recently had a spinal injection to try to reduce her pain. 

Unfortunately T has been forced to move from the beautiful home she has lived in for years because her name and address were published online and several of her perpetrators are out of prison or due to be and the man who abused her terribly when she was 12 has already been recalled for breaking his release rules.

On Tuesday 13 October, T heard from Rotherham Council that her Application to move home has been approved as a matter of urgency. The Council expect T to move within three months at the most and possibly a lot quicker. Once a suitable new home is identified, T will be expected to move very quickly, possibly at a week's notice.
