I've raised £2000 to We are helping Hanna and Gabi to find a home where they be safe and free of abuse. Gabi is only a year old and deserves a chance in life.

This abuse was not visible, there were no wounds and all was done in silence...
Hannah is a 30-year old Polish lady. Brought up in an unloving home, with an emotionally abusive mother, she fled Poland and moved to the UK. Only to fall prey to an abusive partner who enjoyed abusing her and her 13 month old daughter. She had to beg for any scrap of money to even get her own underwear. He called her stupid and always told her she doesn't deserve better. He had a strict cleaning routine she had to follow or else... He shouted at Hannah and the baby, when the baby couldn't sleep and cried.
Without any help in the UK and with her savings completely gone, she tried to find refuge at her mum's in her home country. Here she was told that she is a burden, a problem and that they should leave. Her mum even encouraged her to go back to the monster.
I am desperately appealing to all of you out there who could help her find temporary accommodation. We need enough money to pay for her rent until she can go to work. When children are 18 months old, parents can apply for a nursery in Poland and Hanna can go to work. That is only 4 months away! Hannah is starting a long legal battle to get some child support money as well. When that is done, Social Services can help too, plus renting a small studio flat in Poland is cheap.
Please donate whatever you can!
You can make such a huge difference to Hannah and her baby Gabi. Let's make their Christmas special!
