on Monday 27th July in the early hours of the morning there was an appalling criminal incident at Gornal crematorium. The perpatrator(s) commit an act of arson on multiple memorials and my brother mathews memorial was damaged beyond repair.

Mathew was only 37 when he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Due to the sudden nature of his passing we had to band together and crowd fund to give him the memorial he deserved.

His memorial was finally installed in April but only 3 months later this deplorable act has completely ruined the memorial so many people joined together to create.

We are looking to raise funds to replace his memorial which initially cost over £2000s so that his friends and family can continue to mourn and grieve his unexpected passing.
