I've raised £5000 to Gary needs a funeral Legal action will get the parts of Gary back 4 burial 7 days old His body stolen @72 My fear is I die before his burial

2Gary was 7 days old when he died
After fighting for many years to prove he was not in his grave I did this
I got a court order and he was NOT in his grave
We will probably never find his body
Now the only parts of him left to give him a burial are held hostage by Crown Office and Police Scotland
I must go to court to get them back I either raise this money or act as self litigant and may end up bankrupt
At 72 I fear I die before I can get the little I have of him back for burial
