I am sitting here in the hostel I am staying in tonight just thinking over the last 12 months training that I have endured, loved, hated, cried over, times I thought I couldn’t do it times I thought I could. And now it comes down to the last night before I run the Brighton marathon. As i sit here it is just over 15 hours until I start and walking round Brighton today reminded me why I am doing it. It broke my heart to see so many homeless round the city. Some on pallets, some on the floor. It is for these that I am doing this. Thank you all

With just 3 and a half days until I set off on the Brighton marathon on Sunday all the hard training has been done well I hope it has. The total now stands including offline donations at £891 just £109 short, it would be such a boost before the start to know that I have raised what I set out to. I have just 1 training run left which is a 5 ish mile run. If you can help push the d9nations towards and past the £1000 barrier would be such a boost. Please keep me and all the other runners in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days :)

Just 6 days to go. How did that happen. Wasn’t that long ago I was saying 100 days and now i am in the final week before the Brighton marathon. The total now pledged and paid for both online and off line is £811 so 1 last push will take it close to the £1000 I set out to raise for the night shelter when I started.
