We at Just Me, I Am Me Mental Health Forum have a passion for supporting people with mental health issues. Were open 7 Days A Week 365 Days a year.

Most of our volunteers have suffered mental health problems or are at university studying Psychology all of which give their time for free.

Some of the support they offer our members is someone to be there to talk to, Offer ideas, Look up information, find the service they require and make first contact with them on there behalf, Contact the emergency services if someone is ask risk great injury or risk to life.

We also have our Website that is always being updated on here you can find a lists of information and contacts including a link to Rethinks information and Documents page that we have been given permission to use.

This is the First time we have tried to fundraise even though we have been running for over 2 years before this the management team as paid Around £300 out of there own pocket

We want to help even more people so if you can please support us in our challenge to help as many people who sufferers from the hidden illness of Mental illness.
