I've raised £2500 to St George's Hospital

Just Skate is back for the third year! Last year, we were able to fundraise £600 to support the incredible work of St George’s Hospital Charity in their response to Covid and looking after hospital staff.

We are thrilled to announce that Just Skate is back with a fabulous event in 2023: London to Le Mans from Saturday 1st to Wednesday 6th July. Keep an eye on our social media channels, or if you can't wait, email us at info@justskate.uk.
London to Le Mans 2023 is an event for everyone, and we are skating to support our NHS heroes who worked tirelessly during the pandemic and continue to do so every day. We will be splitting your fundraising between SGHC and two other brilliant charities:
Rolladome Charity – Rolladome celebrates skate culture by providing enjoyable and affordable classes and clubs for all. The charity seeks to positively impact the lives of young people and their families through a healthy lifestyle, teaching new skills and encouraging continual personal development to support a strong sense of inner well-being. Visit their website: www.rolladome.org.uk.
Wheels & Wheelchairs Charity – This charity is made up of both wheelchair users and skaters who enjoy the sensory rush of speed and collaboration in accessible sport. Wheelchair users are pushed by skaters regularly at their Street Stroll events in and around London and occasionally further afield in new and exhilarating skating adventures. Visit their website: www.wheelsandwheelchairs.co.uk.
The fundraising breakdown from London to Le Mans 2023 will be divided with 80% of the total income going to St George’s Hospital Charity, and 10% each to Rolladome and Wheels and Wheelchairs Charity. If you would like more information about how we are splitting this income, please contact info@justskate.uk. A group of skaters will be skating from London to Le Mans to raise money for St George's Hospital."
