Just to confuse people I have set up two justgiving sites!!! This is because I would money raised to go to some different charities instead of one.
As well as the 62 mile bike ride I will be completing the Three Peaks on the 30th June 2017 and the Lincoln Half Marathon Oct 2017 ( date to be confirmed ).
Cynthia Spencer is a hospice in Northampton ( my home town). They look after cancer patients in their last weeks/ days and make their patients and families as comfortable as possible at a heartbreaking time. They offer fantastic support to bereaving families.
Having spoke to my mother-in-law Jenny who is fighting her own battle as we speak she would like money to go to a charity called ' Maggie's Wallace' . This charity is based at Addenbrooke's Hospital and offers patients cancer support, clinical psychologists, benefits Advisors, nutritionist and bereavement support to families. This Charity has helped Jenny and Ian get through something which seemed almost impossible at the beginning of her fight against this horrible disease. We all know someone with it, have lost people to it so please please help me help these charities to help the patients.
