"Be dedicated to change the way in which people see mental illness at all levels of society. If not for yourself, advocate for those who are struggling in silence.” — Germany Kent
At Kaplan, we take mental health very seriously and want to ensure that everyone around us is okay.
Having poor mental health can stem from a number of things; and no matter what it is that's caused your health to deteriorate, it's important to try and seek help. Even if that begins by telling a trusted friend or family member how you feel.
We know that the work and life balance can become increasingly stressful, and as well as often advising our apprentices and staff on how to manage and deal with their emotions, we also aim to make a positive impact on the larger society in which we live.
Our apprentices will be participating in The Steps Challenge, where all money raised will go towards Mind- A mental health charity working to make sure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone.
