I wouldnt normally ask for anything but this is a my dog and a little life so Im removing my proud head and asking for help!

This is Finn a little dog I adopted just over a year ago ...He was fine until a few weeks ago when he was in an accident involving a car ... He died at the sceen but I got him breathing again ... He has now got a heart problem and his tracier keeps collapsing which cuts off his air supply and causes him to collapse ... His heart stops beating so I have to re suss him each time which is one of the most traumatic things Ive ever had to do.
He's on meds for his heart but he seems to be getting worse ... I took him and his buddies out yesterday and when we came home he collapsed in a heep on the floor so again I had to re suss him!
He needs scans on his head and throat to find out why and going forward it's looking like he'll need an operation to save his life ... He was a fit little boy until the accident and is only 7 years old so not half his expectant life span.
I want to give him a chance and if its an operation he needs then I'll do all I can to raise the money to let him have it.
