My nephew had an awful Facebook post put up about him by someone. Accusing him of vile things. He is only 17. It is not true and this has been proven however my sister lives in a small village where people are still believing the lies. My 13 and 12 year old nephew have had to endure horrendous bullying at school because of these lies. The family have received threats and my brother in law has had to install CCTV cameras in front of the house. The police have been helping them but they can only do so much because it is a civil case. My sister is now suffering from depression and all my nephews have to go for counselling. They are trying to pursue legal action so that can get a full retraction and sue for defamation of character but the legal costs are so much and they have hardly any money. They need a helping hand.
