Tusla told us our baby born on 21st January 2018 would be sent back to the uk, as the uk courts would agree to it,so we moved back to the uk thinking he was being brought back. It was then dealt with by uk courts who said it was not in their jurisdiction ,with our child being born in ireland.We are now stuck in the uk trying to get as much money as possible to enable us to get back over to ireland and get accomodation so we can fight in court to get our son back.We are devastated to have missed out on him growing more each day and we have not seen our son since leaving ireland on 7th feb 2018.
