Over the last few years, Empower Yourself Coaching has offered many people who are struggling with their mental health free therapies (Reiki Healing, massage, tarot) sessions to help coach them (NLP, Talk Therapies) into a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Due to the overwhelming demand, and people wanting to support our cause, we are now accepting donations for delivering these sessions, so that we can extend our services to more people.
