Story
Hi All,
As you are all may be aware, our friend, colleague and club coach Jim Calder recently passed away. His funeral is being held on Tuesday 20th October and both coaches and parents from City of Coventry Trampolining and Gymnastics Club will be attending to pay respects and to help give Jim the send off that he deserves. CTGC want to ensure that Jim’s family and friends know exactly how much he meant to us, the respect that we had for him and the impact that he had on all the gymnasts that he came into contact with during his lifetime involvement in gymnastics. We have many initiatives planned to honour Jims memory, the first one being providing flowers for his funeral that spell out the word COACH, in tribute to the job that Jim enjoyed doing the most. We also plan to name one of the rooms after Jim in his memory. If you would like to make a donation towards this then please donate here, alternatively there is a collection box at The Cube We are also asking that you email us your messages of condolence so that we can print these off and present them in a book to Jim’s family. Please email your message to admin@thecubecoventry.com by Friday16th October. We’d like to thank you in advance for your generosity and support in recognising the difference that Jim made to us all. Many Thanks
CTGC Team
