So on the 27th of December me n my bestie Pippa will be doing the 5k Christmas cracker challenge for zoe's place,this hospice is a wonderful facility that provides one to one palliative, respite and end of life care to babies aged 0-5 years who suffer with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions to give their families the support they need....they get very little government funding so rely on fund raising and public support this is needed as the wonderful job zoe's place does is free to all the family's that need this great facility,please dig deep to help me reach my target....I want to raise 300 pounds this is my goal,it takes 600 to provide care for a ventilated child for 24 hours and 850 as this is what cost to take 6 children on an outing.....please help where you can thank you to you all xxx ❤ ❤ ❤
