    Story

Jenna has a Rare Heart Condition , Jenna has Arrhythmia, she also has a secondary prevention ICD (pacemaker/Defibrillator) and severe grade 3 Heart Failure.

18 months ago Jenna was a normal healthy young woman, working as a Travel Agent for TiU , married to Steve and bringing up two children, Chloe aged 9 and Casey aged 6, then our world came crashing down. Jenna felt unwell, and luckily Steve had not left for work, Jenna then collapsed, steve phoned 999 and an ambulance was called, Jenna was taken to the Local Hospital A & E Dept very Ill and taken straight into the Resuscitation Room, where they first suspected Jenna had arrhythmia, she had to have her heart restarted by defibrillator, and we thought this was all that was needed , but Jenna was taken to critical care and tests were carried out, and after having to have her heart restarted more times , we were told that Jenna was at risk of "Sudden Death" and needed to be transferred to The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre, for even more tests, it was after further tests it was found that Jenna has a rare form of Cardiac Sarcoid , and heart failure and it was then decided that she needed to be transferred to The Royal Brompton Hospital for a life saving operation , unfortunately The Royal Brompton had a sick bug problem and could not admit Jenna but as she was still at risk of sudden death, it was decided to operate on her at the Cardiothorasic Centre , Jenna had a secondary prevention ICD (Pacemaker and Defibrillator) fitted in her chest, Jenna was in hospital for 5 weeks , she came out of hospital and continued to live her life as normal as she could. she had to give up work and has deteriorated to the point where her heart function has deteriorated a further 8% (her heart function is around 30 to 33% working )

Jenna is my daughter, and although there is no cure for her condition, we want to raise money for her to have a heart transplant, as this may be her only chance,, but it may not be able to be done on NHS as she has cardiac sarcoid and we dont want to be in the position where we are told its not financially viable on NHS , because of this condition

All donations will go to Jenna to make sure we have the money in place to pay for whatever treatment/transplant Jenna needs. to give her one last chance so she can see her children grow up, and be with us

Jenna has a loving family/Friends around her and like many families, we are very close , Jenna is the eldest child, she has a brother Paul, and stepbrother Charley , and two Sisters Kerrriann and Alicia, and step sister Clare, she has a niece and nephews , with two more due this year , Jenna is an inspirational young lady, she is a brilliant Daughter, Mum, Wife, Sister. Niece,., Aunty, & Cousin

Please help me give her a chance ,
