Please help me raise money for the wonderful charity NASS that provides hydrotherapy and physiotherapy at Bognor hospital for people like me with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS).
It is a chronic condition of the spine which is painful and delibertating, causing fusing of the spine and other joints. There is no cure, but the weekly sessions of hydro and physio help us with controlled exercise to help our movement and we get support from other people with the condition which is invaluable.
The sessions are funded solely by charity donations towards the cost of the pool and 2 physiotherapists. We pay the charity a fee each week towards the cost but it's never enough.
So we organise fundraising events.
I am having a BBQ with games and fun to raise some money, but I would be so grateful for anything you can give to help us keep our sessions going. Thanks guys.
