I've raised £600 to help fund the building of a clinic in Nepal

Hello and welcome to my Rebuild Nepal 2017 fundraising page
In April 2015 a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal near the capital city of Kathmandu; the most devastating quake in 80 years. More than 9,000 people were killed, 23,000 injured. It caused widescale destruction to the country's infrastructure, schools and homes. Two weeks later a second quake struck causing further devastation to the country and its people. To this day the Nepali people are still in dire need.
This November I am joining a group of 20 volunteers who are travelling to Nepal for two weeks to build a much needed clinic in a remote village called Sersung and I need your support. The village currently has no viable healthcare provision. As a group we aim to raise at least £10,000 to fund this build. This initiative is being run in conjunction with Sisters International and Tej Foundation.
Sersung is located in a hilly area approximately 100km from Kathmandu. The village is accessible by a dirt road from December to March. Due to seasonal landslides this village can be inaccessible by road for up to 6 months of the year.
Prior to the earthquake Gau Ghar Health Clinic had one health assistant who provided healthcare for Sersung villagers (approx 3280 people) as well as people from the surrounding area. The villagers currently have at least a 4 hour walk to access healthcare.
In addition to our core objective of funding and building the clinic we hope, if funds allow, to provide medical equipment too.
