So you may remember my 10K run in February this year. At that point we were raising funds so that my special friend Louise could start immunotherapy treatment in Germany to fight Cervical Cancer after the NHS said there was nothing more that they could do for her.

Your support was overwhelming and I'm delighted to share that Louise has had 6 visits to Germany now and she's no longer confined to bed and has even been able to move back home again from staying at her parents house. She is still weak but has been able to watch her son's play football, visit her son's school, have a family day out to celebrate the children's birthdays and only two weeks ago rather than Jude being passed to her, Louise was able to pick up 2 year old Jude by herself for a cuddle for the first time in months!

Louise is getting stronger by the day and we desperately need your support to continue this amazing progress.

I was thinking if Louise can go through all this and still be the most genuinely wonderful, bubbly positive person I know then the least I can do is push my own personal boundaries. So with this in mind I am going to be running a Half Marathon in September!!!

I need as many supporters as possible cheering me on via donations for Louise. This is a massive challenge for me but nothing compared to the positivity and strength Louise had shown.

There is a real chance that Louise's treatment will have to stop or be spread over a longer period which could impact effectiveness if we can't raise enough for those vital trips to Germany.
