The virtues and challenges of life…My Best friend Ewelina.

Do you have a friend or best friend? They are life’s blessings to us in every aspect of our lives. How we repay their benevolence is what healthy living is all about.

I would like to introduce you to Ewelina’s life story. A story that is not easy for me to write about. I am asking YOU as I believe that together we can help to overcome life’s misfortunes that has befallen her. I am sure we can make her dream of sustaining her life, worthy as her friends and better still as loving human beings.

It is my pledge to everyone who has a mother, daughter, sister and a niece, to give us just one minute of your time and generosity towards helping Ewelina and her son; to restore and bring back to existence the life Ewelina ever wanted to live. So please don’t give up so easily with our plea but find it in your heart the compassion, love and care that this wonderful lady deserves to be a part of, just like each and every one of us so deserves.Ewelina is one of my best friends, she is 38 years old and she has got a beautiful 3 years old son called Gracjan and loving husband Marcin. She is loyal mother, wife and ambitious lady. She is an angel, always there when you need her. She loves singing and dancing.I am a close friend, who is aware of what Ewelina and her family have been through since 2017. Until now this was kept as a private affair, but after long discussions with lots of persuasions, Ewelina finally gave me her permission to tell YOU her story and ask for your generosity, prayers and assistance.Ewelina and her husband migrated to the UK eight years ago, in search for greener pastures just like the rest of us. She was blessed with son in 2016. Life was beautiful as never before…but at some point Ewelina felt that something was not right with her health and was worried. After giving birth to her son, Ewelina was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumor, called angiosarcoma.In January 2017 Ewelina undertook a breast mastectomy, and over 6 and half weeks she continued with irradiation-radiotherapy. Her fight throughout her chemotherapy was greatly admired by everyone. She is a fighter and she wants to win this battle, with your support and assistance.Ewelina is only a young mother, very hard working and duty conscious in nature as a loving wife to her husband and a caring daughter to her siblings and parents. She provided for her family with a duty of care for everyone as always.Ewelina was subsequently given an all clear after her relentless battle of the cancerous cells in Poland and she was very relieved with the outcome. She felt better and she started planning re-join her family in England; in view to support her husband to pay off the exorbitant cost of her treatment. Unfortunately this never happened; as in January 2018 she was hospitalized and diagnosed with a metastasis of the hip of bones and soft tissues. She has been told that she could save herself by lengthening her life by undertaking chemotherapy for the second time, in her relentless battle for cancer.Her mobility has been impaired; as the tumour has inevitably conditioned her to using crutches. Specialized visits are required for which money is needed to assess her chances of more surgery and insertion of the hip prosthesis.This operation would enable her to function normally every day and most importantly raise her son who wants to explore and learn the world, go for walks, ride a bike, run or play football.Through your generosity and assistance, Ewelina will be able to attend private clinical trials in Warsaw that may help her fight the disease. She wants to try ‘everything’ as this could prolong her life.She is a tough fighter in spite of difficult moments of pain and the exhaustive treatment she is going through. She is not going to give up, she wants to fight back!!! Let’s help her fight for her future and that of her son. Let’s help Ewelina raise money and the assistance needed for her clinical trials in Warsaw. Ewelina believes in the love for mankind and goodness in humanity.
