We must be mad but we are taking on the annual 10 Y Fan challenge this May! It is a 24 hour hike to complete up to (UP TO!) 10 climbs of Pen Y Fan, South Wales's highest peak. Our current record in a 24 hour period currently is errrrmm, one...so we are training hard to try and do as many as we can between us!

We are aiming to raise money for two causes close to our hearts. One is the PTA of our childrens' primary school, Ysgol Glan Ceubal. It is a small but mighty school, where every penny can make a difference to a child's education and life experience.

The other cause, is the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, which provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep its helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road. Your donations will help keep this vital service running in Wales.

We know times are tough, so even just £1 would be gratefully received. Donations will be split equally between the causes, but if you feel strongly about where your money goes, just let us know and we will direct it that way.

Thanks in advance for your support, it will make the inevitable blisters and sore joints well worth it!
