At Revere the Residence I give all my time, energy and experience to every young disabled adult that works for me but unfortunately at the moment, the shop which is only in its first year, although doing great isn't making enough money to pay everyones wages and we have a wait list of wonderful people who want to work but I can't afford to pay. If you donate, this money will be ring fenced to only to be used to pay the disabled young adults for the hours they work. My dream is to have the shop full with as many people wanting to work for as long as they can manage everyday. As they are all invaluable and total joy in my eyes.

We do not employ anyone for pity or praise, just trying to level the field.
