Our lovely Dawn is currently dealing with the harsh diagnosis of cancer. There is some treatment that she can have that is based in Germany but this has to be funded personally as not available on the NHS. Please dig deep.
Dawn is a fantastic mother, wife, friend, midwife and she deserves as much help as we can give.
