I am raising money to buy clothing, food and emergency supplies for the families affected by the earthquake that struck Lombok on Sunday, the 5th of august

Lombok is a beautiful island, the people are amongst the friendliest and most content people But Lombok is also a very poor island. Most of the families affected by this disaster won't have any savings, none will have insurance. The earthquakes struck one of the poorest regions of Lombok.

We can be thankful that the earthquakes that devastated the region struck on a Sunday morning when schools were closed, over 80 schools suffered heavy damage, but at least 100 people have been confirmed dead and hundreds are injured. Countless families have been displaced and their homes either destroyed or made uninhabitable.

The money I am hoping to raise will be used to buy water, food, medical supplies and clothing for those living in the emergency shelters that have been erected. £1/€1 goes a long way here, it will buy enough food and water for an entire family for one day, so please give what you can spare.

We can't replace the people that were lost, but we can help the people that were hurt get back t
