Probably most of us are aware that there are more issues for women when it comes to employent, whether is to get the job, be paid less for the same job or considered not “fit” for some jobs!

I have conducted an indepth research 2 years ago about the barriers that women face and will be publishing a book which will contain all the barriers women face and recommendations for the general public, recommmendation for the government to improve employment laws and recommendations for companies to improve their policies.

My book will be usefull for both women and men to think about having better employment for a better future family life.
