I have been so busy I haven’t updated here for a while, it snowed, we had a heatwave, I moved house, got shingles, we went on holiday, started a zero waste making group, had a tonne of work to do... and have a stash of medals from completed runs that I haven’t even got pics of yet - phew! Well good news is there are only 3 to go. Bad news is I’ve been doing much less training running so need to get back into the regular training and keep up the momentum.

WOW!! Things really have been busy. With working full time, being mum, moving house, getting shingles, the snow, the sunshine, psoriasis and plantar fasciitis going nuts and trying to get up to date with my degree course, oh and starting workshops teaching people how to make their own products, I haven’t even had a breather to update my progress.
