The Forest School at St Mary’s Primary has recently been renovated but we still need a few more items to complete the work, such as landscaping materials and small world toys. Forest Schools are multi-sensory areas that can help improve concentration and learning motivation, build resilience and confidence, and support active learning.

My daughter hopes to raise £100 for St Mary’s Primary and has set herself the challenge, in September, of doing a litter sweep of the parks, playing field, and the areas around the church and around the school.

Last April she cleared litter from one park and small car park and came away with 2 bin bags of rubbish! This was either recycled or disposed of appropriately. The area looked renewed afterwards, even though most of the litter wasnt really visible at first sight.

Please help her in this worthy cause and any donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated. X
