Story
Natalie and I have been attending the UTS Foundation classes since the beginning of the year. Its been a rollercoaster of a ride as our bodies adjust and recover from the gruelling treatment we both had for Breast Cancer. However, with the support and guidance ftom the UTS coaches we’ve battled on, even though our bodies still like to occssionally remind us we‘re still recovering!
One thing is for certain, exercise is so important when you‘ve had cancer. Research shows that exercise is the most proven method at preventing a recurrance of the disease. It also helps patients to look after their mental health which is something that affects all cancer patients. The UTS Foundation are filling a vast void that the NHS just simply can‘t fund. There should be a UTS in every borough in the country.
Please give generously as with your donations the Foundation can grow and spread. Thank you.
