Story

On Sunday 20th May I will taking part in the St Michael's Way Challenge walking 12 miles to raise funds for the following three causes.

The Centre, Newlyn - The Centre is a community centre and Methodist Church based at the heart of the community in Newlyn which has purpose built facilities housed in the converted Sunday School. As well as being home to Trinity Methodist Church The Centre hosts events, clubs and classes for all ages and is an integral part of the local community. For more information please click on the following link: The Centre, Newlyn

The Headland Unit, Treliske Hospital - The Headland Unit is a dedicated, purpose built chemotherapy unit based within the Cancer Services Department at Treliske Hospital. A very good friend of mine is currently receiving treatment in this unit and I have witnessed first hand the outstanding care and support the staff give their patients. At their request, the money raised for this unit will go towards further training and education for the staff. For further information please click on the following link: The Headland Unit, Treliske

Sand Dams Project - The Sand Dams Project is the chosen cause of the Mounts Bay Rotary Club who are organising the St Michael's Way Challenge. For more information on this cause and event itself, please click on the following link: St Michael's Way Challenge

If you would like to make a donation to help me support the above causes I would be very grateful.

Thank you.
