Myself, and my FDC colleagues Carl Perry and Clive Broadhurst are running the Birmingham half marathon in memory of our dear friend and colleague Paul Halford.

Paul passed away this August and is sorely missed. Among many other things Paul was an incredibly kind person with limitless generosity. His chosen charities were Compton Care and the Maria Watt Foundation, so any money we raise will be split equally between these very worthy causes.

Our dream team trio has been training hard and we're ready to run! It's my first half marathon so I'm a little nervous, but feeling determined.
