I am raising money to help children in Ghana - Africa once again. The donations I receive will be able to give under privileged children an opportunity to access education. I feel every person deserves to be knowledgeable about the world around them. To be able to communicate in their own language, to learn to read, to be able to make judgements in everyday life are fundamental human rights. Many people consider education a person’s chance to better themselves and improve their life prospects. Some children don’t have a chance of education, as their villages are left behind, governments don’t care. But this year in October 2018 I had the opportunity to be able to make a difference. If the children in Ghana – Africa are not educated they fall into the trap of CHILD LABOUR / MODERN SLAVERY.

I will be flying out to Ghana - Africa next October 2019 for 2 weeks to volunteer again with a UK Charity. In my time in Ghana I will work alongside other volunteers teaching English at local schools and working as part of a team visiting areas that lack the essentials needed to provide a basic standard of living, such as medical assistance, clean water. Being able to volunteer in Africa is very important as it’s a very poor country. I will be able to use my established skill in a demanding environment and have a resourceful approach to problems.

This is a very rewarding and an eye opening experience. I'm really excited to be able to spend another 2 weeks in Ghana - Africa and be able to experience their culture during my time there.
