I've raised £3000 to Help Kayla Find her Feet are looking to raise funds for Kayla's ongoing therapy and much needed equipment. Kayla has cerebral Palsy.

Kayla had SDR surgery in St Louis America on 23rd September 2013. Before this surgery Kayla had very little controle over her lower body. Kayla is now learning to walk and has achieved walking with a kaye walker, however it is predicted that with the eight equipment and therapy input Kayla should be alble to walk independently. Every 6 months we attend SDR Fitness Wales where Kayla achieves so much. This comes at a cost for the course its self then there is the travel and accommodation. Not taking Kayla is not an option because she works really really well with her trainer and always achieves something new everytime we are there. For example our last Visit in January she stood unsupported for a huge 30 seconds and learned to walk just holding someone's hand. For Kayla this was massive and extremely emotional. Without the support of peoples kindness as a single mum to Kayla and her 4 other siblings we couldn't maintain this therapy.
This is why I am asking for your help. Every penny really does help and every donation is appreciated more than I could ever put into word.
I would like to see Kayla gain the ability to live an independent life so I know as the years go by she will be able to literally stand on her own 2 feet. Unfortunately I cant be here to help her forever so I need to know she will be ok in the years to come and as independent as possible.
With kindest regards.
Katie (Kayla's mum)
