Story

My nephew, Max, is 4 years old and going through tough times with a rare malignant rhabdomyosarcoma. He has a 6-9 month journey ahead consisting of chemotherapy and endless tests which means he will be staying a lot of his time at Great Ormond Street Hospital instead of starting Reception class with his friends. This also means his parents, Jay and Kim, will need to stay there one at a time on a camp bed in his hospital room while he is in hospital, and make lots of trips to and from GOSH when Max is allowed home between treatments.

My daughter, Emilie, (pictured above) aged 6, would love to support her cousin and have her hair cut “so that children that are ill and lose their hair can have some hair” - she has amazing long blonde hair down to her lower back and will have it cut to just above her neck. She will donate her hair to Little Princess charity, who provide wigs for poorly children, but she would love to fundraise by sponsorship for her cousin Max, so we would love anyone to donate to help Max.

Please help, the money raised will go directly towards helping Max’s parents travel costs to and from GOSH, and other costs involved with staying in hospital with Max while he undergoes his chemotherapy treatment. These costs add up to a huge amount, so lets help them on this difficult journey so at least they know they can be where they need to be xx
