I am running Aintree half marathon on 20th July 2025.

For everyone that knows me will know, my sister sustained a catastrophic spinal cord injury after an accident which brings me to give a donation to a charity close to my heart, the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).

Every two hours, a person’s life is changed when they sustain a spinal cord injury. Their world, their family, everything is turned upside-down.

Every donation helps to ensure that the life changing support provided by the SIA can continue. From the initial bed side support to the ongoing never ending rehabilitation and mental health wellbeing support (and much more) is crucial and invaluable to those in their darkest times of their life’s.
